This Online appointment booking system allows patients to book an appointment for a consultation with our doctors at our Outpatient Specialist Clinics. If your condition is critical or needs to be seen urgently, please proceed to our Accident and Emergency Department or any nearest clinic or Accident and Emergency Department of any hospital if possible.

♦ To make your visit to see your doctors more convenient and less hassle, we highly recommend that you book your appointment date and time-slot online in advance.

♦ You can now book your appointment online 1 day ahead to see your doctor on the next working day.

♦ You will receive a reminder message before your appointment date.

♦ On your appointment day, please check-in at the Registration Counter before you proceed to the clinic.

♦ Kindly check-in 1 hour before your appointment time if you are under insurance or corporate coverage.

♦ If you are required to have blood or imaging tests to be done on your appointment day, please check-in at least 2 hours before your appointment time or according to instructions given to you before proceeding to the Laboratory / Imaging Department.

♦ If you do not have an appointment for your clinic visit, please proceed to the Registration Counter where you will be given an earliest available time-slot possible for your consultation.

♦ Appointment slots are given in order to reduce your wait time as much as possible, however there may be occurrences of delay due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We seek your kind understanding as we strive to attend to you within your appointment slot and provide a good service to our valued customers.

♦ By staggering the appointment visit at our clinics, we hope to shorten your waiting time and also allow better physical distancing policy to be observed
