When you arrive, please check with the receptionist (Front Desk) who will complete your registration / admission, confirm your room assignment and finalise the financial arrangements. A deposit based on your estimated / anticipated expenses is to be paid on admission. For corporate and insurance patients, a guarantee letter acceptable by the hospital management can be given in lieu of deposit.

The admission time will be arranged so that ample time is given for proper preparation to facilitate better care.
Upon completing the Laboratory/Imaging tests, please look for our Front Desk receptionist who will assist you with your admission and finalize the financial arrangement. Our staff will then escort you to your ward.
For emergency cases, you may be admitted directly to your room, and our staff will process your admission with the help of your next-of-kin or relative.
Patients who are admitted may obtain our admission kits at a minimal charge. Pyjamas are provided but patients may choose to bring their own. Patients may also choose to bring their own toiletries.
