Admission

Please bring with you the following documents to facilitate proper and smooth admission:-

• Mycard or Mykid (NRIC) (Malaysian citizen)
• Passport if not a Malaysian citizen
• Your doctor's referral letter and guarantee letter (GL) / deposit for self-payment
• Appointment card

When you arrive, please check with the receptionist (Front Desk) who will complete your registration / admission, confirm your room assignment and finalise the financial arrangements. A deposit based on your estimated / anticipated expenses is to be paid on admission. For corporate and insurance patients, a guarantee letter acceptable by the hospital management can be given in lieu of deposit.

Our staff will then escort you to your ward.

Admission Roadmap

The admission time will be arranged so that ample time is given for proper preparation to facilitate better care.

Upon completing the Laboratory/Imaging tests, please look for our Front Desk receptionist who will assist you with your admission and finalize the financial arrangement. Our staff will then escort you to your ward.

For emergency cases, you may be admitted directly to your room, and our staff will process your admission with the help of your next-of-kin or relative.

Admission Kit

Patients who are admitted may obtain our admission kits at a minimal charge. Pyjamas are provided but patients may choose to bring their own. Patients may also choose to bring their own toiletries.

The admission kit contains the following items:

• comb
• face towel
• neck pouch (For money and handphone)
• plastic water jug
• plastic cup
• bottle of shampoo
• bottle of shower gel
• toothbrush
• toothpaste
• packet of tissue
